ORDERS & DELIVERIES

All our deliveries are made with our custom made rigid veichle together with our specialist demountable fork lift truck which enables our drivers to offload our products with the specialist care they need .

All pallets are clearly labelled with the details of the product and the plot or elevation and each individual product is bar code labelled to ensure easy identification. All deliveries come with a pallet manifest which graphically displays what has been delivered and on which pallet it can be found.

For deliveries to non-mainland UK special rates of delivery can be made available on request.

Goods can be collected from our factory, which is easily located just off Junction 26 of the M62 near Leeds. Collection is available Monday to Friday between 0730 and 1800 & Saturday between 0730 and 1230, by arrangement.

Items are made upon receipt of order and will usually be delivered within 30 days, as soon as possible. We will aim to deliver within this time frame but delivery times are not guaranteed.

All Elegant Stone  products are carefully shrink-wrapped and placed onto pallets from which our own fleet of vehicles or trusted hauliers will deliver your goods. Please note that delivery of heavier items will be made by our self off-loading vehicle to the nearest hard standing (heavier pieces being delivered in sections for you to assemble on site).
